These terms of Services are an agreement for both Line Rushers and customers that are using our services.
REFUND POLICY
Welcome to Line Rushers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, governed by the laws of California. These Terms of Service represent a legally binding agreement between Line Rushers and all customers using our services. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our services.

1. Service Description
Line Rushers provides an on-demand queue lining service where our Rushers stand in line for events on behalf of our customers. The service is considered fulfilled once the Rusher completes the queuing task. We do not guarantee tickets, wristbands, or entry materials, as we do not work directly with venues or organizers.
2. Responsibility of the Customer
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the event's policies, including the distribution of wristbands or tickets, before engaging our services. We recommend contacting the venue or event organizer directly to confirm relevant details before booking our service.
3. Refund Policy
Line Rushers will issue refunds under the following circumstances:

Rusher Fails to Arrive: If a Rusher fails to arrive at the event and does not complete the task of lining up for the customer, a full refund will be issued.

Partial Task Completion: If the Rusher completes only part of the task, such as arriving late, a partial refund will be offered. For example, if the service was scheduled for 12:01 AM and the Rusher arrived at 1:00 AM, only half of the payment will be refunded.

Customer Cancellations: If a customer no longer needs the service, they must cancel at least 24 hours before the event to receive a refund. Cancellations made after this window will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: If the event is canceled or postponed by the event organizer, a full refund will be provided.

Late Customer Arrival: If the customer arrives late (within 10-25 minutes after the scheduled service start time), a late fee of $25 will be charged.
4. No Refunds Under Specific Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Not receiving wristbands or tickets for the event

Not securing a preferred view of the concert or event

Not being near a barricade or other preferred locations at the event
Our responsibility ends once the Rusher has completed the task of lining up for you. While our team will make every effort to assist in securing a good position in line, certain factors, including ticket availability and event logistics, are outside of our control.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours before the event. If you cancel after this period, a $30 cancellation fee will apply.
6. Adding Extra Time to Your Event
Customers may request additional time for their event, but such requests must be made at least 2 days in advance. We do not accept same-day requests for adding extra time to an event.
7. Limitation of Liability
Line Rushers is not responsible for:

Changes in venue policies or ticket availability

Event delays or cancellations made by the organizer

Any changes in the lineup process or the availability of entry materials such as wristbands or tickets
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Both consumers and businesses have rights under the California Civil Code, including but not limited to provisions concerning service contracts, refunds, and cancellation rights.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, including but not limited to the following legal codes:

California Civil Code § 1812.100 - Governs service contracts and protections for consumers regarding refunds and cancellations.

California Civil Code § 1671 - Regulates the enforceability of cancellation fees and liquidated damages clauses.

California Business and Professions Code § 17200 et seq. - Protects consumers from unfair business practices, including issues related to service fulfillment and misleading advertising.
Customers are entitled to the protections outlined in these and other relevant California statutes. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with California law.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation or arbitration in accordance with California law before pursuing litigation.

Do people get mad that someone is saving my spot in line?
As long as our Rusher informs those ahead of them that they’re saving a spot, it usually isn’t a problem. We maintain a fair 1:1 ratio of saved spots.
Am I guaranteed to get the wristband or tickets if I book your service? We can’t guarantee specific outcomes as we’re a third-party service. However, we’ll provide pre-event instructions to increase your chances of securing wristbands or tickets. Our Rusher’s role is to hold your spot; obtaining the items is ultimately your responsibility. Our team will assist you beforehand with tips and strategies.

Can I add extra hours to my line-sitting request?
We recommend booking two days in advance to ensure we can find the right Rusher for your specific needs.

How can I find out if wristbands are being distributed for my event?
Please contact your event provider directly to inquire about wristband distribution. It’s advisable to contact the venue beforehand to gather specific information about the event's ticketing and entry procedures.

Is this legal?
Yes, Line Rushers is a recognized LLC Limited Liability Company in the state of California.

Can I get a full refund since I didn’t get the wristband, ticket, or items that I wanted to get?
There are no full refunds if you don’t obtain the desired tickets, wristbands, or items. Cancellations for a full refund must be made within 24 hours. We cannot predict the exact start time of the line or the duration of the wait time. Please consult blogs, social media, or contact the venue directly to determine the optimal time to arrive for your event.

Please note:

Certain events may have limited wristband or ticket availability. For instance, some box offices may only sell a specific number of tickets on-site, while concert venues might distribute wristbands to a limited number of early arrivals.

Some live taping shows operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking an earlier time than your ticket’s stated time. Please email us before booking to help you plan the optimal timing for the event.

What payment methods are accepted?
We only accept online payment methods for our services. In-person payments are not accepted. Please note that any changes to your service (such as adding same-day or rush services) must be requested at least 2 days in advance.

​What if I want to book for more than 10 hours?
For bookings longer than 10 hours, please email us with your request. We require at least 4 business days' notice to process these reservations. Be sure to include your name, event name, and location in your email, and we will provide you with pricing and further details.

Do you offer a "Pay Later" option?
Yes, we offer a "Pay Later" option for all services. You can book now and pay later, making the process easier and more flexible for you.

Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled for several reasons:

The venue doesn’t allow waiting in line, or there are other restrictions affecting our service.

The event itself has been canceled.

The booking was not made at least 2 days in advance.
We want to ensure that you're matched with the right Rusher and that your booking goes smoothly.

To optimize your chances of success, we recommend contacting the event provider in advance and booking your line-sitting service accordingly.

We are currently based in California and are now testing our service in selected New York City locations before fully launching in New York City. We are planning to expand to more locations in the future.
